A few words of wisdom from the London College of Fashion’s magazine: Pigeons&Peacocks, definintions by Pascal Wyse.

Salty: “As in, ‘Oh my god that outfit is totally salty’. Meaning it is ‘over-seasoned’, meaning it is very much from last season.”
Furting: “Getting the anti-fur lobby off your back by wearing only live animals. Dubbed the Wintour Warmer, a wriggling fox around the neck is a cozy way to keep out cold. Baby crocodile handbags are also popular, since they ward off muggers.”

At the Lamplighter in Gastown. The blue velvet bolero made the outfit.
